The University of Technology and Humanities in Bielsko-Biała will cooperate with the Jordanian Al-Hussein Bin Talal University. The agreement was signed by the rectors of both universities – Prof. Najib Abou Karaki and Prof. Jarosław Janicki.

The document, signed during the visit of the Polish delegation to Jordan, assumes in the first stage cooperation and acquisition of students for the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science, especially to the Department of Computer Science and Automation. In subsequent stages, didactic and research cooperation in other areas and joint projects are planned.

The delegation of the Bielsko-Biała university was accepted by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Prof. Adel Tweissi. The Polish delegation submitted all documents necessary for joining the universities authorized to cooperate with Jordanian partners. Information about the meeting was recorded by the Jordanian press.
