University of Wrocław, Wrocław University of Technology, the City of Bydgoszcz, Medical University of Piastów Śląskich in Wrocław, the Institute of Territorial Development, PMCOST, the Run for Health Foundation and the European Clean Air Center are inviting participants to the 3rd Scientific Conference “Air Quality and Health”, which will be held from 7 to 9 December.

The conference will be organized as part of the LIFE-MAPPINGAIR / PL Project. The event is a platform for the exchange of knowledge, solutions and good practices between scientific communities, local governments, social organizations and educators dealing with the issues of improving air quality.

The subject of the meeting in Wrocław will include issues related to air pollution – their emission, dispersion and deposition, and their impact on human health and life. The organizers decided to add social issues in the spectrum, including environmental education and legal aspects of activities related to the improvement of air quality.
