In the new academic year, Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce is launching the new faculty of the Analysis of Big data and Artificial Intelligence. Data Engineering is a new specialty, which in the world is considered the dominant profession of the 21st century – informs the Kielce University.

These studies are currently one of the most popular in Poland. According to the data of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, in the last recruitment for Engineering and Data Analysis there were over 54 applicants for one place. In this respect, this faculty overtook Engineering Management (19.4 candidate), Chemistry and Forensic Toxicology (18.9) or Medical faculty (16.7).

Studies at the Jan Kochanowski University will last 7 semesters. Students can apply for one of two specialties: artificial intelligence methods and data analysis. Graduates will obtain the title of an engineer. There is a possibility to study in English.
