Innovative Centre for Nutritional Sciences at SGGW to be established

The Innovative Centre for Nutritional Sciences will be established at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW). It is a project of the Institute of Human Nutrition Sciences. 

SGGW has concluded a contract for PLN 115.4 million gross for the construction of the Centre with ERBUD, which has 18 months to commission the building. 

It will be a laboratory and didactic facility with technical facilities, associated infrastructure, connections, and communication routes. The usable area of the finished building will be approximately 16,500 sq m, comprising four above-ground floors and one underground floor. The building will house, among others, teaching rooms, laboratories, workshops, and a conference room with facilities.

As a leading research, teaching and implementation institution, the Innovative Centre for Nutritional Sciences at SGGW will pursue the idea of a holistic approach to human nutrition science.
