The Institute of Labor and Social Studies in Warsaw awarded the prizes of the 20th competition for the best master’s and PhD theses in the field of work and social policy organized in the Social Dialogue Center in Warsaw.
In the category of master’s thesis, the first prize was awarded to the graduate of the Economics Department of the University of Rzeszów (UR), Monika Reda for her work “MA ‘Entrepreneurship of the University of Rzeszów as a stimulator of a successful entry into the labor market” supervised by Dr Anna Barwińska-Małajowicz.
In the category of PhD dissertations, two equivalent first level prizes were awarded. They were received by Dr Anna Sanecka for the thesis “Support activities of Wrocław Christian Churches for the elderly people. Theological and social study”, supervised by Dr Kalina Wojciechowska, Prof. ChAT, Christian Theological Academy in Warsaw. The second prize was received by Dr Wiktoria Domagała for the dissertation “Occupational segregation by gender and its conditions in OECD countries” supervised by Dr Baha Kalinowska-Sufinowicz, University of Economics in Poznań.
