Two scientists from the IT department of the Poznań University of Technology received prizes from the Prime Minister.
The award for the highly-rated achievements was given to Dr Eng. Miłosz Kadziński for his work “Methodology of computer-aided decision making based on various forms of indirect preferential information and a comprehensive analysis of the resilience of solutions”. The research concerns computer-aided decision-tools allowing for solving complex decision-making problems.
The prize for the best PhD dissertation was awarded to Dr. Eng. Michał Melosik for “Reconfigurable hybrid chaotic generator for hardware cryptography”. The scientist has developed a chaotic generator model whose structure ensures that random properties are maintained, even in the case of interaction from hardware Trojans.
