Jagiellonian University secured over PLN 4 million for innovative study

A project developed by the Jagiellonian University’s Medical Centre for Postgraduate Education Collegium Medicum (MCKP UJ CM) in Krakow was shortlisted in a competition organised by the Agency for Medical Research (ABM) to develop and implement an original postgraduate programme in biomedical sciences. 

The title of the project submitted by the ICPC of the Jagiellonian University CM, which received ABM funding, is ‘Innovation in medical education and practice (InnoWMed) – Improving the competence of medical staff in education, translational medicine, computational techniques, 3D visualisation techniques with elements of artificial intelligence’.

Thanks to support from the ABM of PLN 4,351,254, three new postgraduate courses will be launched at the Jagiellonian University CM in the 2024/2025 academic year: future technologies in clinical application, medical education in the digital age and computational biopharmacy.
