From March 9 to 14, 2020, the Auditorium Maximum of the Jagiellonian University (UJ) in Krakow will be a space for lectures and discussions as part of Brain Week 2020, which will be held under the slogan “Achievements in neuroscience in the 20th and 19th centuries”.
The event is organized by: Polish Society of Naturalists Copernicus, Department of Biology and Cell Imaging of the Jagiellonian University, Committee of Neurobiology of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN), Institute of Pharmacology of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Center for Promotion and Communication of the Jagiellonian University.
The Brain Week 2020 will include: a special workshops for children aged 7-12 organized by the Department of Brain Biochemistry at the Institute of Pharmacology of the Polish Academy of Sciences on March 11, during which the kids will work out the secrets of brain activities and will have a chance to gain new knowledge and skills.
