The Compliance Officer – whistleblower protection and Protection of human rights in connection with the processing of personal data are new postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.

The Jagiellonian University informs that postgraduate studies in protection of persons reporting breaches of the law are aimed at providing students with in-depth knowledge of legal regulations related to reporting breaches, including the protection of reporters, as well as the procedure for reporting violations and taking follow-up actions by employers and public authorities.

Postgraduate studies in personal data protection are designed to provide students with in-depth knowledge of legal regulations, which scope is permissible interference with the right to privacy.
