Kielce universities encouraging to study in Kielce

23.09.2021

The best first-year students of Kielce universities may once again receive scholarships of PLN 500 per month from the International Scholarship Program of the City of Kielce.

The program is addressed to secondary school graduates with the highest learning results (an average of at least 78 percent of the two subjects passed at the extended level, as well as the winners and finalists of the Olympics and subject competitions). Ultimately, one hundred people, including foreign students, will receive such scholarships.

By implementing this project, the City of Kielce is trying to directly participate in the process of activating and supporting young people and would like to encourage them to study in Kielce, and in the longer term to choose Kielce as the target center for their work and life activity – wrote Marcin Chłodnicki, deputy mayor Kielce in a letter addressed to Prof. Stanisław Głuszek, the rector of the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce.
