Drawing on 30 years of experience in business education and drawing on the achievements of leading universities worldwide, Kozminski University (ALK) has established its own endowment fund.

“The funds collected in the capital will be invested and the profits generated will be used to finance strategic projects supporting entrepreneurial young people, academic staff and research responding to the needs of business”, said Prof Grzegorz Mazurek, Rector of ALK in Warsaw.

“The fundamental difference between business universities in Poland and around the world is their funding mechanism”, explains Prof. Grzegorz Mazurek.

In American universities, endowments and fundraising are extremely popular. For example, Harvard University has over $50 billion in such a fund. With a fraction of this amount in Poland, we can build a leading world-class university. As a pioneering university in many areas, we have decided to do so”, adds the ALK rector.
