The winner of this year’s “Innovator Małopolski”, a competition for the most innovative company in the region, organized by the Technology Transfer Center of the Krakow University of Technology and the Marshal’s Office of the Małopolska Region is InPhoCat – Innovative Photocatalytic Solutions in the “micro company” category. Its solution is a preparation for activating photocatalytic, self-cleaning coatings consisting of titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanoparticles.

“3D-nano” was awarded in the “small company” category. The company conducts research, production and commercial activities in the field of advanced technologies. It also has its own research and development laboratory that implements proprietary solutions in hi-tech products.

The award in the “startup” category was granted to Advanced Diagnostic Equipment – the creator of the diabetomat – a device for analyzing diabetes biomarkers present in the exhaled air.
