The Laboratory of Automated Electrical Drives and Industrial Informatics has been launched at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of Lublin University of Technology (PL).  State-of-the-art equipment from leading manufacturers of industrial advanced control systems has been gathered in one place.

The university opened the Laboratory in collaboration with the companies: Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V., KUKA Polska and Kamami.pl.

PL Rector Professor Zbigniew Pater emphasised that thanks to the equipment, scientists will be able to conduct research at a world-class level. 

He also thanked representatives of Mitsubishi Electric for their assistance in equipping the laboratory. “Thanks to cooperation with one of the creators of state-of-the-art products and electrical and electronic systems, we will be able to ensure the practical level of our students’ knowledge and skills”, said Prof. Pater.
