Latest QS World University Rankings published

The Internet service TopUniversities.com has published its latest QS World University Rankings 2019, where the University of Warsaw was ranked 394th.

Other Polish university, the Jagiellonian University in Kraków is 411th and the Warsaw University of Technology was ranked in the 601-650 university group. The first three in the world ranking are American universities: the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Stanford University and Harvard University.

In the subranking of QS World University Rankings for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, the University of Warsaw was ranked 6th, Jagiellonian University is 7th and Warsaw University of Technology is 15th. The Lomonosov University in Moscow took the first position in this ranking.

QS World University Rankings service TopUniversities.com has been run since 2012 and analyzes over 17 million research works. The ranking gathers opinions of over 85,000 scientists and 41,000 employers, it includes nearly 40 different scientific disciplines and it is the largest list of this type in the world.
