Lecture by Prof. Robert Novak to be held at the Astronomical Observatory of the University of Wrocław

The Space Research Center of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Astronomical Institute of the University of Wrocław is inviting students interested in the latest space research to a guest lecture by Professor Robert Novak, one of the world’s leading methane researchers on Mars.

Professor Novak works at Iona College in the USA, and conducts his groundbreaking research at the famous Mauna Kea observatories in Hawaii. His work has been published many times in the prestigious journal Science. The lecture “Measuring the Atmosphere of Mars by Using Ground Based Telescopes” will be conducted in English, but is addressed to a wide audience, especially pupils and students.
The lecture will take place on Wednesday, September 11 at 14.30 at the Astronomical Observatory in Wrocław at ul. Mikołaja Kopernika 11.
