The call for entries for the 9th nationwide Student Construction Competition “KoKoS”, which is aimed at students with individual or team achievements in the creation of mechanical devices, is open until 31 March 2023. 

The aim of the KOKOS competition, organised by the Independent Students’ Union, is to identify and reward the most talented young constructors, confront their work with the demanding business world and help them commercialise their projects and attract investors.

The competition is organised in the following categories: Vehicle – land vehicles, watercraft and aircraft; Smart robots – robots; Life upgrade – constructions that help to facilitate the daily life of people with disabilities; Ecology – prototypes of devices that benefit the environment; Joker – unusual and difficult to classify constructions; Sky – all kinds of flying machines – from drones to planes and rockets; Railway (special category) – designs and concepts that can improve railways, improve the quality of infrastructure or the comfort of travel.
