Data engineering and analysis is a new study that will be introduced to the offer of the Lublin University of Technology in the next academic year.

The direction was created as a result of extensive consultations with the social and economic environment.

Due to the digitization and computerization of production, trade and services on the labor market in Poland, especially in the Lublin region, there is a growing demand for specialists in the field of data analysis and synthesis. Engineers educated in this field will use programming and administrative tools in the field of networks and databases to produce new IT technologies – said Dr Ewa Łazuka, vice-dean for student affairs at the Faculty of Fundamentals of Technology of the Lublin University of Technology.

BA Engineering and Data Analysis studies will last 3.5 years. Application process has already started for 60 places for full-time studies and 30 for part-time studies.
