The consortium with the participation of the Łukasiewicz Research Network institutes will design an intelligent robot for field works, meeting the requirements of precision agriculture.

The originator of the solution is the Łukasiewicz – Industrial Institute of Agricultural Machines, which will be responsible for the design of the field robot structure with working modules and the integration of selected subsystems. The Łukasiewicz – Institute of Aviation will be responsible for realizing key tasks in the robotics, modern mechatronics and remote sensing. Also, a manufacturer of agricultural machinery, the company UNIA from Grudziądz will be responsible for the construction of the sowing module, construction of research stands, construction of the field robot and its implementation on the domestic and foreign markets.

The project will include Complete Field Robot Marking and Crop Database with multispectral cameras and advanced data analysis. The data obtained by the robot will be analyzed and used to increase the efficiency of agricultural production.
