The Małopolska Voivodship Office signed a letter of intent with the Pedagogical University (UP) in Krakow on the organization of apprenticeships for students of the University of Life Sciences.

The Voivode of Małopolska, Łukasz Kmita, wants to train students in the verification of immigrants. The offer includes internships at the Department for Foreigners and the Security Department of the Małopolska Voivodship Office.

The Department for Foreigners issues work permits. Its employees will cooperate with Polish officers to check if foreigners who came to Poland are people who want to work, and whose past guarantees the security of Poland – said the Voivode of Małopolska.

Rector of the Pedagogical University Prof. Piotr Borek also counts on cooperation with the Małopolska Board of Education.
