University of Warsaw developed an agenda for climate and sustainable development

“Agenda for climate and sustainable development” is a document prepared by the Rector’s team for ecology and climate crisis, presenting strategic actions that the University of Warsaw (UW) will take in terms of climate change and the biodiversity crisis.

Prof. Alojzy Nowak, Rector of the University of Warsaw emphasizes, that the University is taking up more and more initiatives for climate and environmental protection. Also, through its mission and strategy implemented in research, teaching and social activities, the University of Warsaw has undertaken a number of initiatives, programs and projects that help achieve the UN goals of sustainable development.

Our task is to educate as many recipients as possible, including future decision-makers. There is no backup Earth, we have one chance – there is something to fight for “- says Prof. Alojzy Nowak.
