Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS) in Lublin and the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA) have signed a letter of intent for joint training courses on the phenomenon of corruption.
The meeting, on the part of the UMCS, was attended by the rector, Prof. Radosław Dobrowolski and the vice-rector for general affairs, Dr Arkadiusz Bereza. CBA was represented by the Head of the CBA Andrzej Stróżny, the Director of the CBA Delegation in Lublin and the Director of the CBA Personnel and Training Office.
According to the UMCS, the cooperation initiated will concern joint information and education initiatives, including training to raise awareness of the phenomenon of corruption. The knowledge and skills gained during the training meetings will contribute to the professional development and strengthening of civic attitudes among future graduates of the UMCS.
