09.06.2021

This year, the first patients will attend the newly built part of the Non-Invasive Medicine Center of the Medical University of Gdańsk. This is the largest investment carried out by the university. The money for the construction was received mainly from the state budget, which had earmarked over PLN 592 million for this purpose and the university’s own funds in the amount of PLN 24.2 million.

The combined buildings of the Non-Invasive and Invasive Medicine Center are forming the most modern medical complex in Poland, allowing patients to access innovative treatment methods and medical equipment at the highest world level.

– In addition to conducting medical activities, the center is also important for pre-and postgraduate education of specialists in the field of health protection, where students of the Medical University of Gdańsk will also have the opportunity to improve their skills based on the most modern technologies – says the Rector of the Medical University of Gdańsk, Prof. Marcin Gruchała.
