MINIATURE 6 competition results

56 researchers from all over Poland received funding for single scientific activities in the sixth MINIATURE competition. Thanks to the support from the National Centre for Science (NCN), they will be able to conduct preliminary and pilot research, as well as go on a scientific placement, search or consultancy trip.

Dr Zofia Jakubów-Rosłan from the University of Warsaw will conduct a search in the State Library in Berlin to study the role of family in contemporary Chinese literature, while Dr Katarzyna Kopecka-Piech from Maria Skłodowska-Curie University in Lublin will reflect on joint family digital detox in the project “Disconnect to reconnect. The role of physical activity in family digital detox”. 

The importance of technology and the Internet in the context of interpersonal relations will be analyzed by Monika Franiak, PhD, from the University of Silesia in Katowice, in the project Technological and media bridge strengthening Polish roots among children in Polish-Croatian families associated around Polish educational institutions in Zagreb and Split in the pre- and post-pandemic perspective.
