Minister of Education and Science Przemysław Czarnek participated in the signing of an agreement between the Multidisciplinary Research Centre of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University (UKSW) in Warsaw and the DACPOL company.

The aim of the agreement is to use new copper-silver (Cu-Ag) alloys in powder form for the production of heating elements with high thermal and electrical conductivity requirements.

DACPOL will be the first in the world to be able to market products with higher strength and functional properties than those used to date. These will find applications in the automotive, aerospace or electronics industries.

“Only a few months have passed between the launch of the 3D laboratory at UKSW and the signing of today’s agreement. This shows that investing in science is a worthwhile investment and pays off quickly in the research and scientific sense” said Minister Czarnek.
