The Department of Music Education at the University of Casimir the Great in Bydgoszcz (UKW) will receive over 700,000 PLN from the National Center for Research and Development for the implementation of the project “Music Integrative Children’s University”. The project will be implemented in 2019 – 2021.

As part of the project, children and youth from the Special Education and Care Center for Weak Seeing and Blind Children and Youth in Bydgoszcz and from the First Degree Public Music School in Górsk will participate in music integration activities at the UKW music education department.

The classes will be run by academic teachers from the University of Bydgoszcz. The project also includes visits and workshops in the cultural institutions of Bydgoszcz, an integration camp, and the recording and release of the CD.
