The National Academic Exchange Agency (NAWA) has launched recruitment for the Lektor Program. NAWA is planning that lectors will contribute to the promotion of Poland through the teaching of Polish language. The Agency invites all teachers of Polish as a foreign language who are interested in working in a foreign academic centers to participate in the program.

As part of the program, the lector prepares and conducts courses of the Polish language as a foreign language; prepares and conducts classes to disseminate knowledge about Poland, its culture and history; maintains contacts with Polish diplomatic missions, cultural institutions and business representatives and other entities in order to offer the participants of the classes the broadest possible and most attractive set of activities enabling to learn about Poland and the Polish language.
