In the third quarter of 2019, Tango 4 will be announced as part of the Joint Undertaking of the National Science Center (NCN) and the National Center for Research and Development (NCBiR).

The main objective of the joint initiative is to increase the degree of commercialization of technologies based on the results of basic research obtained in base projects, in particular: defining a plan for developing technologies based on the results of basic research and increasing the involvement of entrepreneurs in the development of technologies based on the results of basic research.

Accepting and evaluation of applications will be conducted continually and divided into rounds until 30 June 2020. The competition has no thematic limitation.

PLN 30 million has been allocated for co-financing projects selected in the competition.
