12.06.2020

The Naval Academy in Gdynia is planning to build a new facility. It is a multifunctional building, which will contain: kitchen, canteen, lecture halls and rooms. The investment cost is 55 million.PLN, the money will be allocated by the Ministry of National Defense.

Due to the dynamically increasing number of military (cadet) students in recent years and the planned subsequent increase in future, the Naval Academy began to lack lecture halls, dormitory, and above all the possibilities of feeding students and staff. Hence the authorities decided to build an object combining many functions.

The building will include a kitchen and a canteen with the possibility of full-board feeding for up to 300 people, 6 lecture rooms and an auditorium for 70 people, as well as 100 single and 50 double rooms for cadets of the last years and personnel of the Polish Armed Forces undergoing specialist courses. There will be 4 training rooms, a conference room and an officers mess.
