The National Center for Research and Development, being the Operator of the “Applied Research” Program implemented under the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area (EEA FM) and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism (NMF) 2014-2021, announces the Scheme of Support for Ukrainian Scientists under the Bilateral Cooperation Fund – Scheme: Support for Ukrainian researchers under Bilateral Fund of ‘Applied Research’ Program.

Scheme: Support for Ukrainian researchers aims to provide support to Ukrainian scientists affected by an armed conflict in Ukraine who cannot continue their research or research and development (R&D) activities.

The scheme allows Ukrainian scientists to join Polish-Norwegian project teams and continue their scientific careers.

Thus, the Scheme of Support for Ukrainian Scientists is to contribute to supporting the development of human capital and cooperation with the Ukrainian academic community, increasing Ukraine’s participation in European research networks and R & D & I programs.
