January 24, Friday at 19:00 the Mining and Metallurgy Brewery will be ceremonially opened. The official inauguration of the Brewery’s activity with the participation of the university authorities will take place as part of the celebrations of the 100th anniversary of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków and the 2nd AGH Beer Festival.

Mining and Metallurgy Brewery, located in the renovated Studio Club at ul. Budryka 4 in Krakow is a joint stock company in which shares were purchased by students, graduates, employees, supporters of AGH in Krakow and also the people interested in this unusual initiative. Currently, over 500 people have participated in the creation of the Brewery as shareholders.

Thanks to a completely new, technologically advanced line installation, the beer will be delivered to the mug straight from the tank, and the installation will cool the contents to the very tap, guaranteeing the ideal serving temperature. Nearly 10,000 liters of completed product will be offered to Brewery’s guests.
