The main points of the cooperation agreement signed by the Opole University of Technology with TAURON Dystrybucja include cooperation on innovative technological solutions, joint research, student internships and cooperation in education and recruitment.

– We respond to the needs of the socio-economic environment; we want to share the knowledge of our experts. The cooperation agreement is also for our students the opportunity to complete their diploma theses and get to know the sector of their professional future – says the rector of the Opole University of Technology, Prof. Marcin Lorenc.

TAURON Dystrybucja SA is the largest electricity distributor in Poland, which actively seeks well-prepared employees and innovative technical solutions to ensure electricity supplies. The company actively cooperates with technical universities from the south of Poland as part of the works of its Scientific Council.
