PhD student at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań wins the philosophical essay competition

Dawid Rogacz, PhD student of the Institute of Philosophy at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, was awarded in an international competition for a philosophical essay. As a reward, he received the opportunity to attend a scientific conference organized in Great Britain.

The PhD student’s essay ” The Art of Understanding of What Is No Longer Present: The Zhang Xuecheng’s Philosophy of History” obtained the first prize in the competition for the best essay of a young scientist organized by the Society for Asian and Comparative Philosophy (SACP) founded in 1968.

One of the awards is to fund participation in the international SACP conference, which will take place in June 2019 in British Bath. Dawid Rogacz will have the opportunity to give his presentation during a special panel.
