PhD student of the University of Gdańsk wins the 12th Polish Businesswomen Awards competition

Anna Parzyńska, PhD student of the University of Gdańsk (UG), became the laureate of the 12th Polish Businesswomen Awards competition, organized by Businswoman & life magazine. The awards are granted for great achievements, successes and activities, as well as for promoting female power, persistence and creativity.

The organizers of the competition emphasized, that the nominees are the best entrepreneurs who act in accordance with the principles of ethics, care for the environment and for their employees. A PhD student of the Gdańsk university and her CEO Sitrax école Foreign Language School were awarded in the Consulting, Education, Law and Logistics category as a leader of modern language schools.

Anna Parzyńska is a graduate of the Institute of Romance Philology of the University of Gdańsk. She writes her doctoral thesis on errors in the translation of EU directives from French into Polish. She spent six years in France, also completed studies in finance in international trade and post-graduate pedagogical studies.
