The Lodz Region and the National Center for Research and Development (NCRD) will allocate PLN 100 million for projects that will improve the quality of life and support active and healthy aging.

The projects will be implemented as part of “joint venture” i.e. financing research and development works will be carried out by NCRD in cooperation with external entities.

The NCRD chose the Łódź Voivodeship because this region has significant scientific and research potential. The National Center for Research and Development is looking here for partners to implement long-term undertakings that fit in with their development strategies – said prof. Maciej Chorowski, director of the National Center for Research and Development.
