Poland and Ukraine sign agreement on cooperation in space and satellite technologies

President of the Polish Space Agency, Prof. Grzegorz Wrochna, rector of Rzeszów University of Technology pPof. Piotr Koszelnik, President of the State Space Agency of Ukraine Volodymyr Taftaj and director of the THETA Research Institute Ruslan Golubtsov, signed an agreement to strengthen Polish-Ukrainian cooperation in space and satellite technologies.

The agreement provides for the implementation of joint projects in the field of Earth remote sensing, space observation and technologies related to launching systems.

The cooperation is to contribute to expanding research and development opportunities, creating and applying knowledge and skills for the development of appropriate technologies and devices. The next stage of cooperation will be joint workshops, planned for the turn of June and July this year, with the participation of Polish and Ukrainian specialists.
