Polish-Chinese Business Council completed the competition for diploma theses in the field of Polish-Chinese economic cooperation

The jury of the 5th competition for diploma theses in the field of economic cooperation of the Republic of Poland and the People’s Republic of China, organized by the Polish-Chinese Business Council appointed the winners.

As many of 24 bachelor’s, master’s and – for the first time this year – postgraduate theses were submitted to the 5th competition from ten academic centers in Poland and China.

The competition was held under the patronage of the Ministry of Development, Labor and Technology, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education and the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Poland.

In the category of diploma theses, the first place was taken by Andrzej Daniluk for the work “EdTech innovation in China’s educational market – lessons Poland should learn from”, written at the Warsaw School of Economics under the supervision of Dr Paulina Roszkowska.

In the category of postgraduate theses, the first prize was awarded to Mikołaj Woźniak for the work “How much is the bank in mobile payments? A comparative analysis of the Chinese Wechat Pay platform and mobile banking applications available on the Polish market”, written at the Warsaw School of Economics under the supervision of Prof. Małgorzata Zaleska.
