The Polish part of “My PhD in 180 seconds” competition is taking place for the second consecutive year. This time, 9 doctoral students from all over Poland will present the topic of their PhD works in French in no more than 3 minutes as a video recording online.

The jurors and the audience have two weeks to vote and select the most convincing participants. The competition results will be announced on June 30, 2020.

The competition “My PhD in 180 seconds” was launched in 2012 and it takes place today in nearly 30 countries. The event is an opportunity for PhD students to present their scientific work to a wide audience, explaining a complicated issue in a simple way from mathematics to literature, through biology or sociology.
