Medicine will be able to be conducted not only at medical universities. Such changes are proposed by Przemysław Czarnek, Minister of Education and Science, who is preparing a draft that will submitted to the Parliament in autumn.

Minister Przemysław Czarnek said that “we need tens of thousands of doctors more than medical universities are able to educate within the next ten years.

-That is why we will launch medical faculties at other universities and we are implementing this provision to let Polish students study in Poland, and not go to Ukraine, Lviv or Ivano-Frankivsk – said the head of the Ministry of Science and added that “we must make sure that mainly those who will then stay in Poland will work in Polish companies, in Polish hospitals, in the Polish health service”.
