The international educational project Future Space provides science education through Space sciences and inspiration for professional development in the space sector.
The program is implemented by a consortium led by the Space Research Center of the Polish Academy of Sciences. It also includes the Polish Space Agency, the Center for IT Education and Computer Applications, the Dutch NEMO Science Museum and the Greek Science Center and NOESIS Technology Museum.
Consortium representatives hope that the implementation of the project will result in long-term benefits: it will improve the quality of science and science teaching and will contribute to arousing interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) of young people, who will increase the number of candidates for studies related to the Space sciences and inspire to implement space projects.
