The Pomeranian Science and Technology Park Gdynia and the City of Gdynia joined the international Digital Hansa initiative, implemented in cooperation with the Swedish Karlskrona and Lithuanian Klaipeda. The venture is financed by the Swedish Institute.
The project’s aim is to build partnerships between municipalities and science and technology parks operating in them, universities and ICT clusters to strengthen the innovation and competitiveness of local ICT companies in the entire Baltic Sea region.
As part of three workshop sessions, project partners will try to define development problems of ICT companies and also identify tools that can increase the dynamics of development of this industry in the Baltic Sea Region. The ultimate goal of the partnership is to develop an implementation project and prepare an application for EU funding.
