The Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, the Mediation Support Centre operating at the Faculty, as well as the Wielkopolska Bar Association, the Mediation Centre at the WIA and the District Court in Poznan, will implement the project ‘Poznan City of Mediation’. 

The aim of the project will build pro-mediation attitudes, a culture of amicable dispute resolution, a culture of dialogue, the mitigation of conflicts within the local community and a reduction in the number of court disputes and the associated burden on all participants in court proceedings in the city and the region’.

The partners are committed to make extensive use of mediation as part of their activities, to increase the scope and effectiveness of their initiatives, to include entities that are less active in mediation and need substantive, specialised support, and to create a platform for the exchange of experience and ideas.
