A consortium of Poznań universities and research centers has raised money to organize the Scientists ‘Night 2021. The Poznań Scientists’ Night “SOS for Earth”, co-financed by the EU program Horizon 2020. The event will take place on September 24.
Researchers from Poznań will show how science and scientists can save the planet. By implementing the Scientists’ Night program, they want to draw attention to the very difficult climatic situation of the Earth and show that in science there is hope to save our planet. The motto of the event is “hope in science” should make young people look at science as a source of strength, opportunities and hope for the future.
During the Scientists’ Night participants will be able to see how to live ecologically every day, see what the ideal city of the future should look like, learn about the plants that can feed the world, know how to care for the ecosystem and how knowledge of trees can save lives and learn about environmentally friendly technologies.
