President of the Polish Space Agency grants Scientific Award

The Jury of the Scientific Award of the President of the Polish Space Agency awarded prizes in the competition for the best student thesis in the field of space engineering.

Awards in the category of engineering works were received by:

1st degree award- Mateusz Guzik for the work “Aerodynamic braking system in a sounding rocket”, AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow.

II degree award- Michał Grendysz for the work “Preliminary project of control system for sounding rocket based on cold gas engines”, Warsaw University of Technology.

III degree-  Dawid Adamski for the work “Implementation of a laboratory model of the control system and imaging of the location of a Cube type satellite”, Military University of Technology in Warsaw.

In the category of MA’s theses:

1st degree- Grzegorz Gajoch for the work “PW-SAT2 Satellite Communication System”, AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow.

II degree- Joanna Marta Najder for the work “Analysis of quality prediction of orbit satellites tracked by SLR stations”, University of Life Sciences in Wroclaw.

III degree- Piotr Bryłka for the work “The use of low-budget GNSS receivers for the purposes of determining tropospheric delay parameters”, University of Life Sciences in Wroclaw.
