Prime Minister Morawiecki: Polish science to be the driving force of economy development in Poland

04.04.2019

– I believe that Polish science can be the most powerful driving force for the development of the Polish economy. I believe that as an old Polish proverb says “science and work make people rich”, but I strongly believe that thanks to the latest technological solutions we will be able to achieve what we have assumed in the plan for responsible development, i.e. industry will be saturated with the results of our scientists – said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki during the inauguration of the Łukasiewicz Research Network.

Drawing attention to the Network, the Prime Minister added that “Polish science is reaching the global level and it also shows Polish productivity, which is an invisible and extremely important parameter, is growing more and more.”

The Łukasiewicz Research Network was launched on April 1, 2019. 38 research institutes were incorporated into the network.
