Prof. Jan Awrejcewicz holds an honorary doctorate from the Polytechnic University of Timisoara

The Romanian Polytechnic University of Timisoara (PUT) awarded (28.05) the title of doctor honoris causa to Professor Jan Awrejcewicz, an outstanding mechanic, head of the Department of Automatic Control, Biomechanics and Mechatronics at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Lodz University of Technology.  

Prof. Jan Awrejcewicz is a correspondent member of the Polish Academy of Sciences, an honorary doctor of the Academy of Technology and Humanities in Bielsko-Biała, the Częstochowa University of Technology, the Gdańsk University of Technology, the Kielce University of Technology and the Kharkiv University of Technology.
