The next lecture in the series of “8 lectures on the New Millennium” will be devoted to strategic dilemmas concerning Russia. The lecture will be delivered by Prof. Adam Daniel Rotfeld, diplomat, specialist in international relations, lecturer at the Faculty of “Artes Liberales” at the University of Warsaw (UW). The meeting will take place on February 25 at the former University Library of the University of Warsaw.

Professor Rotfeld is an expert in international affairs. He was Director of the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute and member of the Consultative Council of the UN Secretary General for Disarmament and was the co-chairman of the Polish-Russian Group for Difficult Issues. He also took part in the work of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe.

He worked for the National Security Council. In 2005 he was the minister of foreign affairs.
