30.11.2020

The project “Partnership for Innovation of Exact Supporting Courses in Economics and Management Study Programs” implemented at the University of Gdańsk will be financed under the Erasmus + Program.

The aim of the project is to implement innovative teaching methods in teaching subjects such as: mathematics, statistics and econometrics, thanks to the exchange of experiences with the research and teaching staff of partner institutions.

– Students of economics, management and similar fields of science have difficulties in acquiring knowledge and skills in science classes such as: mathematics, statistics, econometrics, use of quantitative methods in making business decisions. These tools are rarely used to prepare diploma and final theses – says Dr Angelika Kędzierska-Szczepaniak, Prof. of the University of Gdańsk,.
