Researchers from the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin won funding for three projects as part of the OPUS competition of the National Science Center. All projects will be implemented in a consortium with other universities.
Thanks to the financing, the research “Comprehensive analysis of factors determining the course and clinical consequences of tick-borne encephalitis” will be carried out within a scientific consortium with the Medical University of Bialystok;”Optimization and analysis of the biological effect of the electromagnetic field on production support and activity of bacteriophage preparations” will be developed by a scientific consortium with the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin;
“The importance of microflora and permeability of the colon barrier in the pathophysiology of schizophrenia – in the search for conditions of subliminal inflammation and metabolic dysregulation” – by a scientific consortium with the Medical University in Wroclaw.
