Young scientists of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin obtained over PLN 4.4 million for their projects. The funding was allocated under the Lider program organized by the National Center for Research and Development.

Dr Eng. Łukasz Łopusiewicz of the Faculty of Food Sciences and Fisheries will realize the project “Development of innovative bioactive fermented vegan food products from selected cake available on the Polish market / ProBioVege”, with co-financing of over PLN 1.3 million.

Scientists of the department of Technology and Chemical Engineering, led by Adrian Antosik, will carry out the project “Self-adhesive silicone adhesives for special applications / SPECSIL”. The awarded funding is PLN 1.5 million.

Dr Eng. Paula Ossowicz of the department of technology and chemical engineering will supervise the project “Development of technology for obtaining new drug modifications with increased skin permeability / Aminoprofen”. Research funding is PLN 1.5 million.
