The PWR Racing Team, based at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, as the only team from Poland and the only representative from Europe, will compete against teams from all over the world at the most prestigious Formula Student competition. The Wrocław students left for the USA with their latest combustion car – a modified RT11B.
The students have made many modifications to their design in recent months. They have increased cooling efficiency, improved engine performance, enhanced the aerodynamic package and validated and optimised its design. With the car before the changes, the PWR Racing Team took eight podium finishes in five Formula Student competitions.
Formula SAE Michigan 2023 is the oldest and most prestigious edition of the Formula Student competition series. It is sponsored by companies such as Tesla, SpaceX and Ford, and features 120 of the best academic teams from around the world with internal combustion cars.
